How It Works
To use the bulk LEI lookup tool, simply enter multiple Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) into the input field. You can separate them using spaces, commas, or line breaks—any format works. The tool will automatically recognize and process each individual LEI from your entry.
Once submitted, each LEI goes through two levels of verification:
- Format Check
- Ensures the code matches the standard LEI structure defined by ISO 17442.
- Registry Lookup
- Checks the LEI's current status and related entity information in the official Global LEI Index.
Results will show whether each LEI is valid and, if so, display the key details of the associated legal entity. To ensure performance, the tool supports up to 100 LEIs per request.
